The Eco del Mare apartments are at the foot of the town of Capoliveri, in the Stecchi area.
The building is hidden among the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and is in a panoramic and quiet position, only 150 metres from an enchanting little bay.
There are 5 southerly facing, recently built apartments, with a fantastic sea view. Every apartment has an external shower, barbecue, large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and outside sun shade.
Private parking. All the apartments have microwaves, colour satellite TV and a safe.
There are also two washing machines for communal use. Capoliveri is about 2.5 km away.

Three roomed apartment. There is a living room with kitchen corner and a pull out single bed, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom. (Rate G)

Two roomed apartment, living room with kitchen corner and double bed settee, double bedroom, bathroom. (Rate F)
Eco del mare 4:
Four roomed apartment, large living room with a renewed kitchen corner with dishwasher and double bed settee, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, two renewed bathrooms. (Rate H)

SPECIAL OFFERS
7 day at the cost of 6 for arrivals until 30/05 (included), for arrivals from 13/06 until 20/06 and from 05/09.
14 day at the cost of 13 for the arrivals from 04/07 and 18/08.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Arrivals: 4 P.M. - 7.30 P.M. - departures: within 10.00 A.M..
From 30/05 until 06/09 (included) minimuim stay of 7 nights with arrival on Satyurday. Unrestricted arrival days until 03/05 and from 05/09.
Included: water, gas and electricity.
Not included:
Linen: bed, bath and kitchen linen (please bring your own).
Linen: bed and bath for rent (€ 12,00) per person per change (on request to be paid locally)
Cot: € 25,00 per week (to be paid locally), free if client brings own.
Final cleaning: Type F: € 60,00 Type G: € 70,00, Type H: € 80,00 (to be paid locally).
Electric heating (on request): € 40,00 weekly (to be paid locally)
Pets: on request € 35,00 per stay (to be paid locally).
